We opened our doors in February 2021, led by owner Jordan Bouw. In just a few years, we’ve extended our service to folks in Stratford, Woodstock, Ingersoll, Strathroy, St. Thomas, and many other nearby towns. Jordan Bouw, Owner & Lead Estimator: Jordan started Shockwave because he wanted roofing to be honest and tough, just like the people using it. So far, he’s delivered on that promise.
Certified Roofing Technicians: Every member of our crew goes through GAF training. They know local codes, safety rules, and, most importantly, how to treat customers with respect.
Support Staff: Have a question? You’ll get a real person—not a robot. From answering the phone to booking appointments and following up, our small local team handles it all.

Free Roof Check-Up
Before you spend a dime, we climb up for a no-cost roof check. We look at every shingle, flashing, and gutter, snap some photos, and walk you through what we find. You’ll see exactly what we see.
Simple Written Quote
Once the inspection is done, we send you a clear estimate—on paper, not over the phone. It lists every item so there are no surprises later. The person who delivers the quote is the same one who does the work, not a call-center rep.
Punctual, Tidy Installation
We schedule the job for a day that suits you, show up on time, and wrap up the site each evening, making sure no nails or scraps are left behind. Your normal routine stays as uninterrupted as possible.
Follow-Up Peace of Mind
